IVE’s Rei has officially been recognized as one of the leading trendsetters of her generation, winning the “Best Trend Leader” award at the TikTok Awards Korea 2025.
The ceremony took place on October 25 at Korea University’s Hwajeong Gymnasium in Seoul, celebrating creators and artists who have shaped short-form content culture across the year.
Rei, representing IVE, stood out for her creative influence on global short-form platforms, earning praise for her ability to turn everyday moments into viral trends.
Through her agency Starship Entertainment, Rei shared her heartfelt gratitude:
“I’m so thankful to my global fans for loving all sides of me, including ‘Pokju Guinea (Rampaging Guinea Pig).’ What started as fun TikToks has come back as such a meaningful gift, and I’m truly happy and amazed.”
She continued,
“I hope people won’t be afraid to share what they love — whether it’s music, fashion, or anything else. What you enjoy might inspire someone else. As the name of this award suggests, I’ll keep bringing fresh joy in my own way as a ‘Best Trend Leader.’”
Rei also added that IVE will kick off their second world tour, “SHOW WHAT I AM,” at KSPO DOME in Seoul from October 31 to November 2, promising an unforgettable stage for fans around the world.
Since debuting, Rei has been known as a “pose genius,” creating signature viral poses such as the “Ribbon Peace” and “Kongsuni Pose.” She continues to captivate audiences by identifying and reinterpreting new TikTok trends with her unique flair and creativity.
