BTS’s Jin is giving ARMY the perfect year-end gift; his unforgettable Goyang concert experience is coming to cinemas worldwide.

On November 20, Jin unveiled the official poster for ‘RUN SEOKJIN EP. TOUR THE MOVIE’ through BTS’s social media, confirming that the fan-favorite show is becoming a full concert film. The movie captures every moment of his June 28–29 performances at Goyang Stadium, where fans filled the venue with cheers, lightsticks, and emotional support for Jin’s first solo tour.

A Full Concert Experience With Jin’s Best Stages

Fans will be able to relive a wide range of stages, including:

  • Live band versions of songs from his first solo album ‘Happy’
  • Performances from his mini 2nd album ‘Echo’
  • A nostalgic BTS medley
  • The playful mission stages that became the trademark of the RUN SEOKJIN tour

The movie captures the warm, interactive atmosphere that blurred the line between stage and audience — the same energy that made the tour so special for ARMY.

Exclusive Behind-the-Scenes Footage

To make the theater experience even more exciting, the film includes:

  • Backstage moments before the concert
  • Interviews filmed after the event
  • A special intro created only for the movie
  • A “cookie video” at the end for fans who stay through the credits

These additional clips bring fans closer to Jin’s real personality, showing the heart and preparation behind the stage.

Multiple Premium Formats for Maximum Immersion

The movie will screen in various formats across CGV, including:

  • 4DX
  • Ultra 4DX
  • ScreenX (three-sided panoramic screen)
  • Standard theaters

In ScreenX, the performance expands across three walls, letting fans feel like they’re standing right inside the stadium.

From a Sold-Out Tour to Global Theaters

Jin’s RUN SEOKJIN EP. TOUR became one of the most successful solo fan-concert tours of the year, with:

  • 20 shows across 10 cities
  • Full sellouts in Goyang, Chiba, and Osaka
  • A “perfect sold-out” status at Osaka’s Kyocera Dome, including top floors and limited-view seats

He also set major records:

  • First Korean soloist to perform at London’s O2 Arena

  • First Korean solo singer to fully sell out the American Airlines Center in Dallas

Now, the movie will reach even more fans, screening in around 1,800 theaters across 70 countries. Overseas release schedules will be announced on the official website.

Editor’s Insight

What makes ‘RUN SEOKJIN EP. TOUR THE MOVIE’ a pivotal release in late 2025 is how it redefines the “Enlisted-to-Exon” transition for K-pop soloists. While many idols struggle to regain momentum after military service, Jin has utilized the “Run Seokjin” brand—originally a variety content IP—to create a seamless bridge into a high-grossing touring powerhouse.

By selecting December 31 for the premiere, HYBE is tapping into “Event Cinema” as a communal ritual for ARMY, effectively turning a movie theater into a global countdown venue. The technical decision to utilize Ultra 4DX and ScreenX is particularly strategic; it transforms a passive viewing experience into a sensory recreation of the Goyang Stadium atmosphere.

As Jin breaks historical records at venues like London’s O2 Arena and Dallas’s American Airlines Center, this film serves as more than just a souvenir—it is a “Topical Authority” statement. It proves that Jin’s solo brand carries the same “stadium-scale” weight as the full BTS ensemble, setting a massive precedent for his activities heading into 2026.
