Nam Ji-hyun is ready to bring back her “historical drama magic” with KBS2’s upcoming weekend series “To My Beloved Thief” (은애하는 도적님아), premiering January 3, 2026.
The drama tells the story of a woman who becomes the greatest thief in the land by accident, and a royal prince who relentlessly chases her—only for the two to have their souls switched, beginning a dangerous but heartfelt romance that leads them to protect the people together.
Nam Ji-hyun Plays Double Life Heroine Hong Eun-jo
Nam Ji-hyun takes on the role of Hong Eun-jo, a brilliant physician’s assistant and also the masked thief known as Gil-dong.
Although born as an eol-nyeo (the daughter of a nobleman and a low-status woman), Eun-jo possesses an unshakable sense of justice and compassion.
By day, she cares for the sick at the royal medical office.
By night, she robs corrupt officials to help struggling villagers.
