Actress Moon Ga-young has donated 10 million KRW to help with recovery efforts following the devastating apartment fire in Hong Kong.
On December 1, the disaster relief organization Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association confirmed that Moon Ga-young contributed the donation to support victims and their families affected by the large-scale fire.

Through her agency, Moon Ga-young shared a heartfelt message:
“I send my deepest condolences to everyone affected by this tragedy. I hope this donation can offer even a small amount of comfort during this difficult time.”
According to local reports, the fire occurred on November 26 at the Tai Po Wong Fuk Court apartment complex. It claimed the lives of at least 146 people, with 79 injured. More than 40 residents remain missing, and 54 bodies have yet to be identified.
This incident is considered Hong Kong’s worst fire disaster since 1948, when a warehouse fire claimed 176 lives.
Moon Ga-young’s donation will be delivered to affected families through local NGOs working on-site.
