TWICE is set to write a new chapter in global K-pop history. The group will become the first overseas artist ever to hold a solo concert at Japan’s prestigious Tokyo National Stadium, marking one of the most significant milestones in their decade-long career.

A Landmark Achievement for a Global Top Girl Group

On December 8, JYP Entertainment announced that TWICE will host a large-scale standalone concert at Tokyo National Stadium in April 2026 a venue long considered one of Japan’s most elite and historically reserved performance stages.
The upcoming shows solidify TWICE’s status as one of the most influential girl groups in the world.

Three Nights at Tokyo National Stadium, 240,000 Fans Expected

Along with the announcement, an official poster for the event was unveiled. TWICE will hold three concerts at the stadium on April 25, 26, and 28, drawing an estimated 240,000 fans across the three days.

This massive event follows TWICE’s highly successful dome tour earlier this year, during which they attracted 400,000 attendees across Japan. During their Tokyo Dome finale, the group teased that they would “return on an even bigger stage” and now, they have delivered on that promise.

A Major Step Forward in Their 10th Anniversary Year

A representative from JYP Entertainment stated that TWICE’s entry into Tokyo National Stadium represents a “meaningful move forward for a global top-tier girl group,” emphasizing the scale and significance of hosting such an unprecedented event.

The concerts also come as TWICE celebrates their 10th debut anniversary, coinciding with their ongoing sixth world tour, ‘THIS IS FOR’. The group continues to expand their legacy with milestone achievements that reflect both longevity and unmatched global impact.
