JYP Entertainment is proving that meaningful success goes beyond music charts. Through its annual social impact initiative “EDM DAY (Every Dream Matters)”, the company revealed it has supported medical treatment for 3,959 children in Korea and overseas as of November 2025.
Since launching its structured CSR program in 2019, JYP has focused on helping children overcome serious illnesses while protecting their right to dream. This year’s EDM DAY recap video, hosted by Park Jin-young (J.Y. Park), 2PM’s Jun. K, and ITZY’s Yuna, highlighted how that mission continues to grow.

Medical Support Across 10 Countries
In 2025 alone, JYP prioritized children with severe and high-cost illnesses, helping 803 patients recover through treatment funding. Partnering with World Vision, the program expanded beyond Asia to include Latin America, reaching children in nine countries including Mexico, Brazil, Bangladesh, Vietnam, and the Philippines.
Over six years, JYP has donated ₩7.92 billion (approx. $6 million USD), supporting 366 children in Korea and 3,593 abroad. Beyond financial relief, the initiative has helped families regain hope, reduced emotional stress, and strengthened local medical systems through collaboration with hospitals and NGOs.

Artists and Fans Giving Together
JYP also emphasized the power of fan participation. Through the newly launched EDM Giving Project, donations collected at concerts by DAY6, TWICE, Stray Kids, ITZY, NMIXX, Xdinary Heroes, and others raised over ₩45 million, all of which will be used to cover children’s medical costs.
In addition, JYP’s annual charity basketball event JYPBT Championship donated all participation fees and sponsorship funds to pediatric patients, while its eco-friendly “Love Earth” campaign raised over ₩50 million for coastal cleanup and environmental protection.
A Long-Term Commitment to Hope
Park Jin-young and JYP artists have also made individual donations, supporting disaster relief efforts and children in crisis around the world. Reflecting on the journey, Jun. K shared his pride in seeing small acts of kindness evolve into a global system of support, while Yuna described EDM DAY as an emotionally unforgettable experience.
As JYP looks ahead, one message remains clear: every dream matters, and building a healthier future starts with compassion.
