In Love Me, Lee Si-woo plays Jun-seo, a graduate student and the younger brother of Jun-kyung (played by Seo Hyun-jin). Describing his character, Lee said Jun-seo is “a young man full of romance rather than maturity,” adding that the role reflects a youth slowly growing into adulthood.

Speaking about his chemistry with Dahyun, Lee Si-woo emphasized the importance of their long-standing friendship within the story. “Because the characters have known each other for a long time, that familiarity needed to feel natural from the beginning,” he explained. “She made everything feel comfortable on set and helped bring out genuine ‘best-friend’ moments.”

Dahyun introduced her character Ji Hye-on as a publishing editor who dreams of becoming a novelist. “Hye-on and Jun-seo have been close friends since childhood,” she said, highlighting the foundation of their relationship.

She also shared how they built their dynamic on set. “Since we’re portrayed as the same age, having a relaxed and natural vibe was really important,” Dahyun explained. “We decided early on to speak casually to each other. That made it easier to exchange ideas and work through each scene together. It felt like we were creating every moment step by step, and I was able to film with a very comfortable mindset.”
