Jay Park is officially entering the boy group arena. The artist and producer has confirmed the debut of his first self produced boy group, LNGSHOT, set to make its official entrance into the music scene in January.
On December 23, LNGSHOT unveiled a trailer for its debut EP ‘SHOT CALLERS’ via official SNS channels. The video offered a first glimpse into the group’s musical direction, featuring snippets of tracks from the upcoming release and setting the tone for what lies ahead.

A Gritty First Impression
Set against the backdrop of an abandoned factory, the trailer introduces the members with a raw, unfiltered energy. Dressed in all-black outfits, the group delivers a bold visual statement leaning into a hip, free spirited aesthetic that aligns closely with Jay Park’s production identity. The imagery emphasizes movement, confidence, and attitude rather than polish, signaling a debut that prioritizes presence and individuality.
Five Tracks to Open the Story
Alongside the trailer, the tracklist for ‘SHOT CALLERS’ was revealed. The debut EP features five tracks in total, including the pre release songs ‘So Scene’ and ‘Backseat’, as well as ‘Moonwalkin’’, ‘Facetime’, and ‘Never Let Go’. The titles alone suggest a sound rooted in rhythm, flow, and lifestyle driven storytelling elements frequently associated with Jay Park’s musical universe.
A Name with Intent
LONGSHOT is a four member group, marking Jay Park’s first attempt at launching a boy group project. The team name carries a clear message: while success may seem unlikely at first glance, one decisive move can flip the entire game. It’s a declaration of ambition and confidence built into the group’s identity from the outset. With Jay Park’s creative direction behind them and a debut concept that leans unapologetically bold, LNGSHOT’s first move is already drawing attention. The question now is how far that long shot will travel.
Debut Date Locked In
LNGSHOT will officially debut on January 13, 2026, at 6 p.m. KST, when ‘SHOT CALLERS’ drops across major streaming platforms.
