Actress Han Jimin has shared warmth during the holiday season by making a meaningful donation to support children undergoing medical treatment.
On December 24, her agency BH Entertainment announced that Han recently donated ₩100 million to Seoul National University Children’s Hospital, designated to assist pediatric patients from low-income families.
Supporting Children in Need of Care
The donation will be used in full to support young patients facing financial hardship, helping cover medical expenses during treatment. According to those close to the actress, the decision was rooted in a personal experience.
Han Jimin previously visited a hospital with her family, where she encountered children undergoing treatment. The memory left a lasting impression and became a key motivation behind the donation. “Her hope is that this contribution can offer even a small measure of comfort to children enduring difficult times during treatment,” a representative shared.

In 2022, she donated ₩100 million to support children affected by the war in Ukraine, followed by an additional ₩50 million for children worldwide. She continued her efforts in 2023 and 2024, contributing ₩50 million each year toward children’s welfare initiatives and actively participating in street fundraising campaigns, reinforcing her commitment to sustained giving rather than one time gestures.
