Actor Kim Woo Bin once again spread holiday cheer by quietly delivering Christmas gifts to children spending the season in the hospital.
Continuing a tradition that began in 2022, Kim personally prepared and sent Christmas presents to young patients at Asan Medical Center’s pediatric ward, marking his fourth consecutive year of holiday giving. The gifts included art supply sets and handwritten letters, offering comfort and encouragement to children undergoing treatment.
According to AM Entertainment, Kim carried out the donation privately and without publicity. “Kim Woo Bin delivered Christmas gifts to pediatric patients again this year,” the agency told Dispatch on December 27, adding that the actor wished to keep the gesture lowkey.
A Quiet Act, Shared by Gratitude
Kim’s generosity became known after a parent of one of the patients shared photos of the gifts on social media. Alongside the images, the parent wrote, “I hope my child grows up to be a warm-hearted adult like Uncle Woo Bin,” drawing attention to the actor’s thoughtful gesture. Kim’s handwritten letter was also revealed. In it, he wrote: “I hope a miracle happens this Christmas as well. I’ll be praying that next year brings only better health and happier moments for you.”

Kim Woo-bin has long been recognized for his continued commitment to philanthropy. He regularly donates at the start of each year and, on January 1 this year, contributed 100 million won to Asan Medical Center to support treatment costs for underprivileged patients.
Even amid major personal milestones, his giving has not slowed. Ahead of his wedding to actress Shin Minah on December 20, Kim reportedly donated a total of 300 million won to multiple organizations, including the Hallym Burn Foundation, Asan Medical Center, and Good Neighbors.
