BLACKPINK’s Rosé has been named the No.1 most beautiful face in the world for 2025, according to the latest annual ranking released by TC Candler.
The U.S.-based film and pop culture platform TC Candler unveiled its highly anticipated list, The 100 Most Beautiful Faces of 2025, on December 28 through its official YouTube channel. Rosé topped the ranking, marking a major moment for both the artist and K-pop’s global presence.

K-pop Artists Sweep the Top Rankings
This year’s list highlighted the strong international influence of K-pop, with numerous Korean idols securing high positions. Pharita of BABYMONSTER ranked third, while Karina from aespa placed eighth.
Rosé’s fellow BLACKPINK member Jisoo followed closely at No.11. Other notable entries included Nancy at No.14 and Tzuyu of TWICE at No.20.
Additional K-pop stars also made a strong showing in the top 30. Lisa ranked 22nd, Jeon Somi placed 24th, and Jang Wonyoung of IVE secured the 26th spot. Former No.1 winner Nana, who topped the list in 2014 and 2015, ranked 18th this year.

BTS’s V Leads Korean Stars on “Most Handsome Faces” List
On the same day, TC Candler also released The 100 Most Handsome Faces of 2025. BTS member V ranked seventh, earning the highest placement among Korean celebrities.
Other K-pop idols featured prominently included Ni-ki of ENHYPEN at No.10, Jungkook at No.14, and Hyunjin from Stray Kids at No.18. Cha Eun-woo, currently serving in the military, placed 33rd.
A Global Ranking Shaped by Fan Participation
TC Candler has published its annual “Most Beautiful” and “Most Handsome” rankings since 1990. The lists are compiled through a combination of global fan nominations and voting, making them one of the most widely discussed international pop culture rankings each year.
With Rosé taking the top spot and K-pop artists dominating both lists, the 2025 rankings further underscore the genre’s continued global impact.
Editor’s Insight
What makes this story click isn’t just Rosé ranking No.1.
It’s how expected it feels and at the same time, still impressive.
At this point, K-pop dominating global beauty rankings is no longer surprising. Names like Rosé, Karina, Jisoo, and Tzuyu showing up high on the list almost feels like a pattern. But that’s exactly what makes Rosé’s No.1 position stand out more.
She didn’t just make the list. She led it in a space that’s already crowded with strong visuals.
There’s also something interesting about how these rankings work now.
They’re not just about “beauty” in a traditional sense anymore. Global exposure, branding, fashion presence, and fan engagement all play a role. Rosé fits perfectly into that mix. She’s not only recognized for her visuals, but also for her image as a global icon.
And that’s where the bigger shift is.
K-pop idols are no longer being compared within their own industry. They’re competing and winning on a fully global stage, alongside actors, influencers, and celebrities from everywhere.
That’s why this list matters beyond just rankings.
It shows how K-pop visuals have become a global standard, not a niche category.
And Rosé being at the top feels less like a surprise win and more like a confirmation of where the industry stands right now.
