Singer Daesung successfully wrapped up his Seoul encore concerts, extending the momentum of his Asia tour and delivering an emotional reunion moment that thrilled fans.
From January 2 to 4, Daesung held his Seoul encore shows titled DAESUNG 2025 ASIA TOUR: D’s WAVE ENCORE – SEOUL at the Olympic Park Handball Gymnasium in Seoul. The concerts marked a meaningful return to the city after his Asia tour and brought fans together for three nights of powerful live performances.
A High-Energy Opening and Familiar Hits
Daesung opened the show with Universe, followed by Jump, Laughing It Off, and Umbrella, setting an energetic tone from the very beginning. His strong vocals and confident stage presence immediately drew loud responses from the audience.
Adding a special twist to the setlist, Daesung performed cover stages of Taeyang’s Where U At and G-Dragon’s Heartbreaker. These performances highlighted his versatility and paid homage to his longtime bandmates. The energy peaked further as he transitioned into a BigBang medley, sending the crowd into a frenzy.
Special Guests Light Up the Stage
The Seoul encore concerts were made even more memorable by surprise guest appearances. On the second night, Taeyang joined Daesung on stage, delivering a charismatic performance that intensified the atmosphere.
On the final night, G-Dragon made an unexpected appearance, prompting explosive cheers throughout the venue. The presence of BigBang members together once again carried deep emotional weight, underscoring their enduring bond and shared history.
New Songs and a Genre-Crossing Encore
Daesung also unveiled live performances of his recently released songs It Seems I Suit Being Alone and A Single Rose for the first time, offering fans an exclusive experience during the encore shows.
For the encore stage, he chose Look at Me, Gwisoon and his new trot track Over the Limit, freely moving across genres and closing the concert on a festive and heartfelt note.

Following the concert, Daesung shared his thoughts through his agency R&D Company. He expressed sincere gratitude, saying that fans had given him a beautiful life and that he was thankful to be someone who could leave happy memories in their lives as well.
