K-pop girl group i-dle are taking their immersive media exhibition beyond Korea, announcing an overseas edition of their showcase in Shenzhen, China, as part of their growing global fan engagement strategy.
According to agency CUBE Entertainment, i-dle (Miyeon, Minnie, Soyeon, Yuqi, and Shuhua) will host ‘i-dle MEDIA EXHIBITION: CITY of SENSE’ at Yitian Holiday Plaza in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, from January 22 through February 8. The exhibition marks the first international stop following the successful Seoul run.

Bringing the Seoul Experience Abroad
The Shenzhen exhibition will maintain the same concept and layout as the Seoul edition, recreating the immersive structure that received strong fan response in Korea. Yitian Holiday Plaza one of Shenzhen’s most prominent landmarks was selected as the venue, signaling expectations for high foot traffic and strong local interest.
The exhibition is designed to reflect i-dle’s artistic identity through a multi sensory experience, combining visual storytelling, sound, and spatial design. Fans will be able to explore the group’s creative universe through carefully curated zones that highlight different aspects of their career and aesthetic.
A Proven Fan Destination
The original Seoul exhibition, held in Seongdong District, drew attention for its thematic booth structure that stimulated all five senses. The venue featured an intro zone tracing i-dle’s journey, followed by concept-driven areas such as House, Street, and multi screen video zones, along with official merchandise sections and photo spots.
The exhibition proved popular not only with Korean fans but also with international visitors from China, Japan, and Southeast Asia. Long waiting lines and frequent revisits underscored the exhibition’s appeal, with many fans describing it as a must-visit destination for the fandom.
More Global Stops Ahead
Following the Shenzhen event, i-dle’s media exhibition is also scheduled to expand to Taipei, further reinforcing the group’s focus on Asia-wide fan engagement beyond traditional concerts and fan meetings.
World Tour Plans for 2026
In parallel with the exhibition, i-dle are preparing for their fourth world tour, titled ‘2026 i-dle WORLD TOUR [Syncopation].’ The tour will kick off in February at Seoul’s KSPO Dome before heading overseas. Notably, i-dle will become the first K-pop girl group to perform at Taipei Dome in March. They will also hold a concert at Kai Tak Stadium in Hong Kong, the city’s largest venue, signaling their continued expansion on the global stage.
