Singer Hwasa has officially made history on Korea’s music charts. Her hit single Good Goodbye has achieved a total of 656 Perfect All-Kills (PAKs), marking the highest number ever recorded by a Korean artist.

“Good Goodbye” Becomes Korea’s Most Dominant Chart Hit
According to iChart on January 13, “Good Goodbye” surpassed the milestone at 12:30 p.m. KST, continuing an extraordinary run that began with its first Perfect All-Kill on November 30, 2025. Since then, the song has maintained unmatched chart power across major Korean platforms.
A Perfect All-Kill is awarded when a song ranks No.1 simultaneously on all major domestic streaming platforms, including Melon, Genie, Bugs, FLO, and YouTube Music Korea, while also topping iChart’s real-time ranking. Each hour at No.1 earns one additional PAK, making Hwasa’s record especially significant.
Surpassing NewJeans, BTS, and IU
With 656 Perfect All-Kills, “Good Goodbye” has now overtaken several of the most iconic chart records in K-pop history. The song surpassed NewJeans’ “Ditto” (655 PAKs), BTS’ global hit “Dynamite” (610 PAKs), and IU’ “Celebrity” (462 PAKs).
When including international artists, the overall record for most Perfect All-Kills belongs to “Golden,” an OST from K-Pop Demon Hunters, which accumulated 1,484 PAKs. Nevertheless, Hwasa now stands unrivaled among Korean solo and group artists alike.

Viral Awards Performance Fueled Chart Surge
The song’s explosive rise was further accelerated following Hwasa’s special stage at the Blue Dragon Film Awards in November. Her performance alongside actor Park Jung-min quickly went viral, drawing widespread attention and reigniting public interest in “Good Goodbye.”
The emotional delivery and bold stage presence resonated strongly with viewers, pushing the track back to the top of the charts and sustaining its historic run.
Hwasa Prepares for First Solo Concert
Riding the momentum of her record-breaking success, Hwasa is set to hold her first-ever solo concert, titled “MI CASA,” on January 17–18 at Kyung Hee University’s Peace Hall in Seoul. The concert is expected to highlight her evolution as a solo artist and celebrate a milestone era in her career.
With “Good Goodbye,” Hwasa has not only delivered a chart-topping hit but also cemented her status as one of the most influential solo artists in Korean music history.
