BTS member Jimin has set a new milestone in K-pop history, becoming the first and only Korean solo artist to surpass 6.5 billion Spotify streams with pure solo tracks only.
According to his Spotify artist profile, Jimin has achieved the record through 22 solo songs with no collaborations, marking an unprecedented accomplishment in the global music industry.

A Record Built Almost Entirely on Solo Power
Jimin’s total Spotify streams across all 34 tracks now stand at 7.945 billion, placing him just steps away from the 8-billion mark.
What makes the achievement especially remarkable is that more than 80 percent of his total streams come from solo songs alone — a rare feat even among global pop stars.
This firmly establishes Jimin as one of the strongest digital performers in K-pop history.

“Who” Leads the Streaming Surge
The main driver behind the record is “Who,” the title track from Jimin’s second solo album MUSE.
The song previously spent 33 weeks on Billboard’s Hot 100 and has now surpassed 2.25 billion Spotify streams as of January 24, making it one of the most streamed K-pop solo songs of all time.
“Like Crazy” Continues Global Impact
Jimin’s earlier hit “Like Crazy” from his debut solo album FACE also continues to perform strongly, recording over 1.41 billion streams.
The track famously became the first Korean solo song to reach No.1 on Billboard’s Hot 100, solidifying Jimin’s place in global chart history.
Albums Setting New Benchmarks
Jimin’s album FACE has now exceeded 2.69 billion total streams, while MUSE reached 3.7 billion streams in record time, becoming the fastest Korean-language album to achieve the milestone.
With multiple chart records, historic streaming numbers, and consistent global demand, Jimin continues to redefine what a K-pop solo artist can achieve on the world stage.
