Singer and actor T.O.P (Choi Seung-hyun) is giving back to his international supporters in a massive way by organizing a completely free arena-scale fan meeting in Japan. According to an announcement by his management agency, Topspot Pictures, on June 2, 2026, the artist will host his exclusive solo fan event on July 9 at the prominent Pia Arena MM in Yokohama, Japan.

An Unprecedented Gift for Dedicated Fanclub Members

The upcoming event was personally conceptualized by T.O.P as a special way to thank his audience for their unchanging loyalty throughout his long career. The event will take place at a premium venue that comfortably hosts 10,000 attendees, making the “all-seats free of charge” policy an incredibly generous move for an artist of his stature.

The fan meeting is specifically open to registered members of his official Japanese paid membership club. To guarantee a high-quality experience, the evening will be hosted by Masayuki Furuya, one of Japan’s most recognizable and respected Korean wave master of ceremonies.

Breaking Records with Solo Album “Another Dimension”

The exciting fan meeting announcement perfectly follows the massive commercial success of his first official studio album, Another Dimension, which dropped on April 3, 2026. The project marked his very first major musical release in nearly 13 years since his 2013 solo single “Doom Dada.”

Immediately upon its release, the hip-hop album completely took over international music markets:

  • iTunes Charts: Reached No. 1 in 15 different countries.
  • Spotify Streaming: Pulled in 1.47 million streams on day one, setting a new record for the highest first-day streams by a K-pop solo artist in 2026.
  • Billboard Success: Entered the Top 20 on the Billboard World Albums Chart purely through digital sales, while earning high praise from major American music publications like The Fader.

The Journey Back and Ongoing Support from BIGBANG

T.O.P initially entered the music industry in 2006 as the lead rapper of the legendary boy band BIGBANG. After officially leaving the group in 2023, he spent an extended period away from the public eye before successfully returning to acting in December 2024 through his role as Thanos in the massive Netflix global hit Squid Game Season 2.

Proving that their personal bonds remain completely unbroken, his former BIGBANG bandmates warmly celebrated his return to the music scene. Members Taeyang and Daesung actively promoted T.O.P’s new project by uploading his artistic album cover onto their personal social media accounts. Similarly, G-Dragon drew massive media attention by sharing the album art on his official channels alongside a sweet message reading, “The release of ‘Another Dimension’.” With tickets for the Yokohama fan meeting scheduled to open for pre-sale on June 5, global interest in T.O.P’s future promotions is tracking at an all-time high.
