K-pop powerhouse LE SSERAFIM is closing out 2025 in the spotlight as they join the lineup for Japan’s largest year-end indoor music festival, “Countdown Japan 25/26.”
According to their agency Source Music on October 16, members Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, and Hong Eunchae will take the stage on December 28 at the Makuhari Messe in Chiba, Japan. The five-day event will run from December 27 to 31, featuring some of the biggest names in Japanese music, including Vaundy and Creepy Nuts.

First launched in 2003, Countdown Japan has become one of the most anticipated music events in Japan, known for its high-energy performances that celebrate the end of the year. LE SSERAFIM’s participation underscores their rising influence in the Japanese market, where the group has already built a strong fanbase since their debut.
The group’s popularity continues to soar across Asia. Their fifth mini album, HOT, released in March, surpassed 100,000 physical sales in Korea—a record that makes them the only 4th-generation girl group to achieve four consecutive albums exceeding that milestone.
LE SSERAFIM will also headline their first Tokyo Dome concerts on November 18 and 19, as part of the encore shows for their 2025 LE SSERAFIM TOUR ‘EASY CRAZY HOT’, solidifying their status as one of the most dynamic live performers of their generation.
Adding to the excitement, the group will drop their first Japanese single, “SPAGHETTI,” on October 24 at 1 PM KST, offering fans a fresh sound ahead of their dome and festival stages.
