BLACKPINK’s Jisoo has officially entered the Billboard Hot 100 with her solo single “Eyes Closed,” marking another historic moment for the group. With this, every member of BLACKPINK has now charted on Billboard’s main singles chart — a rare feat for a K-pop group.
According to Billboard on October 21 (local time), “Eyes Closed” ranked No. 72 on the Hot 100, dated October 25. The track also hit No. 20 on the Global 200 and No. 10 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart.

A Global Collaboration with Zayn
Released on October 10, Jisoo’s single features Zayn, a former member of One Direction. The track and its cinematic music video immediately gained worldwide attention for their stunning visuals and emotional vocals. Fans praised the unexpected collaboration for its “dreamlike chemistry.”
Following its release, “Eyes Closed” topped YouTube Music’s Worldwide Trending chart in 74 countries, ranked No. 21 on Spotify’s Global Top Songs, entered daily top song charts in 32 countries, and reached No. 1 on iTunes Top Singles in 40 nations. In China, it topped both QQ Music and KuGou daily sales charts.
Jisoo also broke her own record, becoming the fastest Korean female soloist to surpass 1 billion streams on Spotify — and now, her Billboard debut cements her global reach.
BLACKPINK’s Solo Success Story
With Jisoo’s new record, all four members of BLACKPINK have now appeared on the Billboard Hot 100:
- Jennie with “One of the Girls” and “Mantra”
- Rosé with “On The Ground” and “APT.”
- Lisa with “LALISA” and “Born Again”
- Jisoo with “Eyes Closed”
The achievement highlights the group’s rare balance between collective power and individual artistry.
Since their 2016 debut, BLACKPINK has released global hits including “Lovesick Girls,” “As If It’s Your Last,” “Shut Down,” and “Playing with Fire.” Each member later expanded her own musical identity through solo releases, drawing massive international fanbases.
What’s Next for BLACKPINK
The group is currently in the middle of their world tour “DEADLINE,” following stadium shows across North America and Europe. Beginning this month, BLACKPINK continues the Asia leg of the tour, starting in Taiwan, and is reportedly preparing a new group release for later this year.
