Rising boy group AHOF (아홉) has revealed a new side of their artistry through the third set of concept photos for their upcoming second mini album “The Passage.”
At midnight on October 27, AHOF — consisting of Steven, Seo Jung-woo, Cha Woong-gi, Zhang Shuaibo, Park Han, JL, Park Joo-won, Zuen, and Daisuke — dropped their third individual concept photos via official social media channels, signaling a more mature and refined transformation.
The new concept marks a dramatic shift in tone compared to their earlier versions. While the first teasers showcased a fairytale-like youth against wooden workshops and green fields, the latest photos highlight a fashion editorial aesthetic, emphasizing the members’ natural charisma and modern charm.
Unlike previous settings, the latest shoot strips away unnecessary props to focus entirely on the members’ visuals. With minimalistic backdrops, AHOF captures the elegance and individuality of each member, blending youthful energy with grown-up sophistication. Their expressive gazes and composed postures portray a poetic balance between boyhood and maturity.
Through three distinct concept versions, AHOF is visually unfolding the narrative of “The Passage” — a symbolic journey of growth and self-discovery. The upcoming fourth and final concept photos, set to be released on October 29, are already generating high anticipation among fans eager to see how the story will conclude.
“The Passage” continues the emotional storyline established in their debut mini album “WHO WE ARE.” While their first work depicted the uncertainty and limitless potential of incomplete youth, this new release captures the turbulent transition between adolescence and adulthood, reflecting confusion, resilience, and the beauty of growing up.
AHOF’s second mini album “The Passage” will officially be released on November 4 at 6 p.m. KST, followed by a comeback fan showcase at 8 p.m. the same day, where the group will meet fans from their official fandom FOHA.
