BTS is reportedly planning a large-scale world tour to coincide with their highly anticipated comeback next year.

According to a report by Bloomberg on October 26 (local time), sources close to the matter revealed that BTS is preparing to hold around 65 concerts worldwide as part of a new global tour expected to begin in 2025. The report also noted that over 30 shows are planned for North America, marking one of the group’s most extensive overseas schedules to date.

BTS previously had to cancel their 2020 world tour due to the COVID-19 pandemic but resumed live performances in 2021–2022 with a limited 12-show tour across four cities. Their last full-group concert was held in Las Vegas in April 2022, before members began their respective military enlistments.

In response to the report, the group’s agency BigHit Music stated,

“The new world tour schedule and details have not yet been finalized.”

The group’s last tour reportedly generated around $18 million USD (approx. ₩25.8 billion) in revenue.

With all seven members — RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook — now officially discharged from military service as of June 2025, BTS is said to be focusing on their first new album in three years, following the 2022 anthology Proof. Their latest release was the 2023 10th-anniversary digital single “Take Two.”

Fans around the world are eagerly awaiting the group’s return to the stage, marking what could be one of the biggest comebacks in K-pop history.
