NCT’s Yuta is igniting his solo presence with a bold new sound. The artist is stepping into the spotlight with his first Japanese full length album “PERSONA”, presenting a powerful rock identity that marks a defining moment in his musical journey.

A Cinematic Dive into Fire, Identity, and Rebirth
On October 25, Yuta released the album’s title track “EMBER” alongside its music video through major streaming platforms and YouTube. The song fuses metal-inspired guitar riffs with intense vocal energy, creating a soundscape that feels both explosive and emotionally charged. The visual concept mirrors this intensity: shots of sparks, flame-like lighting, and an expressive performance that centers on a struggle to keep one’s inner fire alive.
The track symbolizes a moment of confrontation not against others, but against fear, doubt, and the pressure to remain silent. Yuta portrays an artist refusing to dim his flame, even if the world demands it.

Emotion, Power, and Sonic Scale
Throughout the music video, Yuta delivers a commanding presence. The trembling breath before a scream, the restrained rage behind a steady gaze, and the rising swell of the chorus all work together to depict an internal war — one that ends not in defeat, but in self-claiming.
The album contains 10 tracks, each unfolding a different chapter of Yuta’s identity. Songs like “New World” tell of rebuilding life from the ground up. “Two Of Us” channels emotional breakdown into a heavy, explosive sound. “Get Out Of My Mind” captures liberation from stagnation, while “KNOCK KNOCK” amplifies momentum with hypnotic repetition.
Tracks such as “If We Lose It All Tonight” and “To Love Someone” reveal a quieter vulnerability the cost of burning so brightly, and the tenderness that survives after the flames.
A Defining Live Chapter Begins
Yuta will bring PERSONA to the stage with his first solo concert tour, opening on October 31 at Fukuoka Civic Hall. There, he will present the album in full live, raw, and uncompromising.
