EXO’s D.O. (Do Kyung-soo) has officially parted ways with his management agency Company Soosoo, ending a two-year partnership and entering a new phase as a free agent.
According to industry sources on November 4, D.O. chose not to renew his contract with Company Soosoo, which expired earlier this month. The decision was made after mutual discussions, marking the close of their professional relationship that began in November 2023.
The agency, founded by Nam Kyung-soo, a former SM Entertainment manager, had worked closely with the EXO member for the past two years. Together, they managed D.O.’s acting, solo music activities, and his first Asian concert tour.
Although the official contract has ended, Company Soosoo will continue to support D.O. until his current tour wraps up. His second solo concert series, “DO it!”, will conclude with two final shows on December 6–7 at Korea University’s Hwajeong Gymnasium in Seoul.
Sources say several major entertainment agencies have already reached out to the star, and D.O. is currently reviewing offers carefully before deciding on his next move.
D.O. debuted as a member of EXO in 2012 and made his acting breakthrough in the 2014 SBS drama “It’s Okay, That’s Love.” Since then, he has earned acclaim for roles in “100 Days My Prince,” “Bad Prosecutor,” and blockbuster films like “Along with the Gods” and “Swing Kids.”
His next project, the Disney+ original series “Fragment City,” premieres on November 5, where he takes on his first villain role — a bold shift that’s drawing significant anticipation from fans and critics alike.
