Members of rising boy group AHOF are expanding their talents beyond the stage. Seojungwoo and Cha Woong-ki will take on special DJ roles for MBC FM4U’s Idol Radio Season 4, bringing their chemistry, wit, and growing popularity to the airwaves.
AHOF Takes Over ‘Idol Radio’ as Guest and DJ
On November 18, F&F Entertainment announced that AHOF will appear on Idol Radio Season 4, with Seojungwoo and Cha Woong-ki stepping in as special DJs.
This episode will be an “AHOF takeover,” featuring both the DJs and guests from the same group a setup that naturally sparks playful stories, relatable conversations, and behind-the-scenes dynamics fans rarely get to hear.
Both Seojungwoo and Cha Woong-ki already have prior DJ experience, and the agency emphasized that their familiarity with one another will lead to seamless hosting and fun interactions.
“They will showcase stable hosting, natural chemistry, and a deeper side of AHOF’s charm,” a representative shared. “Their energy will bring new vitality to the program.”
A Group With Rising Popularity and Expanding Creative Range
This marks AHOF’s second appearance on Idol Radio Season 4. During their previous visit in July, they impressed listeners with sharp talk skills and a polished performance of their debut song — leaving a strong impression as rookies to watch.
Their return to the show comes at a time of rapid growth for the group. On November 4, AHOF released their second mini album The Passage, which surpassed 389,000 first-week sales, achieving their strongest chart performance yet.
The title track “Pinocchio Hates Lies” swept major domestic and international music charts. The group also achieved a triple crown on music programs, winning Music Bank, The Show, and Show! Champion with the same comeback.
Their achievements extend beyond music charts. At the 2025 KGMA Awards, AHOF won both the IS Rookie Award and the Best Dance Performance Award, earning two trophies in their very first appearance a rare and promising milestone for a rookie group.
