ATRP made its position unmistakably clear: this time, there will be no leniency. “In consultation with our legal team, we will pursue every possible civil and criminal measure,” the agency stated. “There will be no negotiations or settlements, regardless of the offender’s age, apology, or circumstances.”
The company also emphasized that deleting posts will not protect offenders from prosecution. “Attempts to erase evidence or avoid responsibility will be tracked thoroughly,” ATRP said. “Even if the content is removed, server logs, capture data, and archived records will be used to move forward with charges. We are committed to following every case to its conclusion.”
According to legal experts consulted by the agency, these cases may take several months to over a year due to the investigative process. However, ATRP affirmed that the timeline will not affect their determination. “Our priority is to protect the dignity and mental well-being of our artists.”

Despite the ongoing investigations, both artists remain active in their respective careers. Chuu is preparing for her second solo fan concert, “When the First Snow Falls, Meet Me There,” scheduled for December 13–14 at Shinhan Card Square Live Hall.
