On December 1 (local time), UK music magazine NME revealed its annual “50 Best Songs of 2025” list, placing NMIXX’s Spin On It at No. 43. The song appears on their first full-length album Blue Valentine, released in October, which received strong praise from fans and critics alike.
In its review, NME described the album as one that “unfolds a dangerous romance through bittersweet pop-rock lyricism,” adding that the “delicately layered percussion and bass lines heighten its emotional intensity.” The recognition further solidifies NMIXX’s reputation for blending conceptual storytelling with unconventional musicality.
