tvN’s new weekend drama “Undercover Miss Hong” has officially kicked off production, unveiling its script reading session and confirming a powerhouse cast lineup.
Set to premiere in January 2026, the retro office comedy follows Hong Geum-bo (played by Park Shin-hye), a sharp and elite financial regulator in her 30s who goes undercover as a 20-year-old rookie employee at a suspicious securities firm in the late 1990s.

Returning to tvN for the first time in eight years, Park Shin-hye impressed with her dual performance as both the seasoned investigator Hong Geum-bo and her undercover persona Hong Jang-mi. Her lively, grounded acting instantly pulled the cast into the atmosphere of 1990s Yeouido.
