EXO is officially gearing up for their long-awaited return and fans are helping by pushing “First Snow” back into the charts.
As the group prepares for full-team activities with six members, their 2013 winter hit “첫 눈 (First Snow)” is experiencing a major year-end surge, landing at No. 8 on Melon Top 100 as of the morning of December 11. The song also climbed into the top ranks of Genie, FLO, VIBE, and Bugs, proving its enduring status as Korea’s unofficial winter anthem.

This renewed momentum arrives just days before EXO’s large-scale fanmeeting “EXO’verse”, taking place on December 14 at Incheon Inspire Arena. All seats for both 2 PM and 7 PM shows sold out during pre-sale, signaling explosive demand. The event marks EXO’s first official team activity in nearly two years.
EXO will return as a six-member lineup. Meanwhile, Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin, currently promoting under INB100, will not participate due to ongoing contract issues with SM, despite expressing interest in joining team activities.
Following the fanmeeting, EXO will release their 8th full-length album “REVERXE” in the first quarter of 2026 — their first studio comeback since EXIST in July 2023. The group recently teased the album through a cinematic trailer referencing EXO’s long-running universe, describing the concept as “the day we become one again, a new world opens.”
As “First Snow” climbs the charts and anticipation builds, fans are already speculating about which hit stages and new tracks will be showcased at EXO’verse. With nostalgia, fresh momentum, and long-awaited reunions converging, EXO’s comeback season is shaping up to be one of their most emotional and anticipated in years.
