Global artist G-DRAGON continues to expand his creative reach beyond music with G-DRAGON Media Exhibition: Übermensch. The immersive project has completed a global tour spanning 11 cities and has attracted more than 230,000 visitors worldwide.
The exhibition is a collaboration between Galaxy Corporation, G-Dragon’s agency and a global AI-based entertainment technology company, and Creative MUT, a content solution firm. Together, they translated the message and worldview of G-Dragon’s third full-length album Übermensch into a large-scale digital media art experience.

Redefining the Exhibition Experience
Unlike conventional exhibitions, Übermensch focuses on immersive storytelling rather than static displays. The space combines VR, AI, holograms, large media tunnels, and interactive technology to recreate the sensory intensity of live performances and music videos within a physical exhibition environment.
Visitors move through the space as active participants, experiencing scenes that feel immediate and personal. The result is an encounter that closely mirrors the feeling of standing face to face with the artist rather than observing from a distance.
A Global Tour Across 11 Cities
The exhibition first opened in Seoul last March and later traveled to Tokyo, Taipei, Hong Kong, Osaka, Macau, Singapore, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Guangzhou, and Bangkok. Each stop reflected strong local interest while maintaining a consistent creative identity across regions.

The Seoul exhibition, held at The Hyundai Seoul in Yeouido, drew significant attention for its scale. Approximately 55,000 visitors attended within just ten days, recording high engagement levels and strong audience satisfaction.
Strong Overseas Response
International audiences responded with equal enthusiasm. The Tokyo exhibition welcomed nearly 10,000 visitors on its opening day, creating a festival-like atmosphere. In Taiwan, tickets for an entire month sold out within 20 minutes of release, leading to prominent coverage in major local newspapers.
These results highlighted the exhibition’s appeal beyond national borders and reinforced G-Dragon’s global cultural influence.
Blending Music, Art, and Technology
Übermensch stands out for integrating music, media art, technology, and lifestyle into a unified experience system. Rather than simply presenting finished works, the exhibition encourages audience interaction, allowing visitors to shape their own journey through the space.
Industry observers have noted that this approach introduces a new exhibition model by extending the emotional language of live performances into a physical environment supported by digital technology.

Final Chapter in Bangkok
So far, the exhibition has recorded more than 230,000 visitors across ten cities, an exceptional achievement for a global media art tour. The final stop in Bangkok is expected to draw even greater attention.
The Bangkok exhibition will run from January 15 to February 15 at EM TOWER–EMSPHERE. Visitors will explore five themed sections that reflect G-Dragon’s artistic philosophy and the conceptual universe of Übermensch.
As the tour comes to a close, G-DRAGON Media Exhibition: Übermensch stands as a clear example of how the artist continues to redefine creative boundaries and reshape the future of immersive cultural experiences.
