Jimin of BTS has achieved another major streaming milestone, as his solo song “Filter” has surpassed 500 million streams on Spotify.
According to Spotify data released on January 6, “Filter” crossed the 500 million mark based on chart figures dated January 4. The track was originally released in February 2020 as part of BTS’s fourth full-length album.

“Filter” is Jimin’s solo song and is known for highlighting his delicate vocal tone and expressive delivery. The track plays with the multiple meanings of the word “filter,” referencing not only camera filters but also perspectives, expectations, and the different images people project to others.
