ENHYPEN has once again proven its formidable album power, recording over 2 million copies sold with its latest release and cementing its status as one of K-pop’s top selling groups of the current generation.
According to Hanteo Chart on January 23, ENHYPEN’s seventh mini album ‘THE SIN : VANISH’ sold 2,075,056 copies during its first week of release (January 16–22). This milestone marks the group’s fourth double million seller, an achievement that highlights both consistent fan growth and sustained global demand.

A Record-Breaking Sales Trajectory
ENHYPEN first entered the double million seller tier in 2023 with ‘ORANGE BLOOD.’ Since then, every major release has followed the same trajectory. Their second full-length album ‘ROMANCE : UNTOLD,’ mini album ‘DESIRE : UNLEASH,’ and now ‘THE SIN : VANISH’ have all surpassed 2 million copies sold within their initial tracking periods. Notably, ‘ROMANCE : UNTOLD’ has already exceeded 3 million cumulative sales, underscoring the group’s long-term commercial momentum. With this latest release, ENHYPEN’s total cumulative album shipments now stand at approximately 22.4 million copies, a remarkable figure for a group still early in its career.
Strong Overseas Performance, Especially in Japan
The album’s success extends well beyond Korea. In Japan, ‘THE SIN : VANISH’ debuted at No. 1 on Oricon’s Daily Album Ranking on its release day (January 21). This achievement maintains an unbroken streak: all 13 albums ENHYPEN has released in Korea and Japan have reached No. 1 on Oricon’s daily chart, an exceptionally rare feat.
The album has also dominated LINE MUSIC’s Daily Album Top 100, holding the top position for five consecutive days, and went on to claim No. 1 on the platform’s weekly chart as well. Additionally, ENHYPEN topped the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart, reflecting balanced global interest across markets.
Title Track ‘Knife’ Gains Momentum
The album’s title track ‘Knife’ is fueling the group’s chart performance. ENHYPEN secured first place on Mnet’s ‘M Countdown’ on January 22, earning a music show trophy just days after release. In their acceptance speech, the members thanked their fandom ENGENE, saying they were grateful to showcase an album created with great care and promised to carry this momentum into their 2026 activities.
What’s Next
ENHYPEN is set to continue promotions with a follow-up track. The group will unveil the stage for ‘Big Girls Don’t Cry’ on KBS2’s ‘Music Bank’ on January 23, signaling the next chapter of this era.
